Personal hygiene to yourself
Hygiene doesn’t include clean hands, nails , hair trimmed, beard saved and room as well as house clean. It can also means how fair and positive your thoughts are displayed in group.
- Clean nails every week
- Check for hair and beard growth every week
- Check for bedsheets, towels and pillows. Change if dirty every week.
- Change the cover and papers from the Wardrobe or cupboard.
- Clean the floor every day with proper timing and schedule .
- Wash clothes as required. Remove the winter clothes from cupboard in Summer and preserve other place till Winter.Do it with Summer clothes too in winter.
- Wash hands and foot after you enter home, before eating , after eating and whenever you touches any dirty things.
- Use separate towel, soaps, conditioners, as well personal things that should not be shared.
- Brush teeths daily for atleast 2 times for 2 minutes with slow pace, covering whole teeths, gargle with water and do tongue cleaning every day.
- Hydrate yourself with water atleast 2 litres with each intake of not more than 250 ml .Use bottle with indicators to make sure , you have water or liquid intake.
